Dude. (I don’t know measurements and haven’t had it since I was a kid but it was effing delish)…

White rice on the bottom, then sprinkle on some DRIED parsley (like from the plastic container), then a can of tuna, then on top of that put a can of Campbell’s CHEDDAR CHEESE soup. Mush all that around a bit then put some corn flake crumbs on top.

Put in the oven ’til it’s hot and bubbly.

That’s one tasty tuna casserole right there. Oh, and lots of salt on top.
