My First Half-Trip Around The Sun on Planet Medium
And what a trip it’s been
Exactly six months ago today, I published my first article on Medium. I was reading James Altucher’s Side Hustle Bible, and he suggested to “write an article on Medium every day”. I had never heard of Medium.
So I checked it out, and dredged up an old article that I had written and posted to Facebook a couple years earlier. I love this story:
After a few days, I noticed the word Family above the title. Hmm. I clicked on it, and it brought me to a page where I could see my article. Well, that’s cool.
A few days later (I was not keeping up with the article a day thing), I wrote something new, and again, this time the word Photography appeared above the title, and there it was on a page with other photography articles. Sweet.
I wrote another article. No additional title popped up on this one. But it did on the next one — Pets.
